Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic Commercial Operations team. The Sales Operations Executive will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, operational efficiency, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across various departments. 


 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Manage and own the regular cadences for Commercial Ops processes on a monthly basis, including sales reporting, contract management, CRM updates, and maintaining data hygiene. 
  • Support the sales team with general commercial operations tasks to help achieve objectives efficiently. 
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of sales transactions and activities. 
  • Serve as the key point of contact for sales-related inquiries and coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other internal teams. 
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
  • Ensure that pricing and contract details are correctly aligned across key systems and reports. 
  • Assist in collecting and organizing data to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. 
  • Evaluate existing sales processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance with processes. 
  • Monitor day-to-day sales operations and track performance, recommending actionable improvements where necessary. 
  • Support the Commercial Operations Manager and Department Head in ensuring sales-related best practices are followed. 
  • Ensure group-wide quality control (QC) measures for commercial teams are adhered to. 
  • Support attainment planning by assisting with goal setting, sales incentives, and territory analysis.

 


Desired Qualifications: 


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent 2+ years extensive experience in an commercial / sales operations role. 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, and effective communication skills. 
  • Highly competent in using Google Suite (Sheets), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce. 
  • Self motivated with high ownership and accountability, and the ability to prioritize their own workload and have a transformational mindset. 
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi task. 
  • A background in tech companies is beneficial.
