Sales Manager (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco) We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role you will be determining the company’s gross-profit and annual plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies.
How you’ll make an impact
Providing the critical solution and industry knowledge to help support, generate, and develop new sales opportunities and support the growth of short-term and long-term pipeline. Preparing and executing strategic sales growth plans for target portfolio and clearly articulates the value proposition of solutions. Focus on customer management and discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix. Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar roles. Candidate should be based in Morocco. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
