SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Infrastructure Sales Team!
In this position, you will collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of Performance Coatings products to both new and existing clients. Your main responsibility will be to cultivate strong customer relationships while utilizing Jotun’s sales strategies and tools to meet sales objectives, maintain healthy gross margins, and achieve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. Your contributions will play a key role in expanding Jotun’s market presence and enhancing profitability.
This position will be based in Cairo and will report to the Sales Manager - Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell Jotun paints to owners, consultants, and key decision-makers, ensuring specification of Jotun products in projects and generating new sales opportunities.


  • Work closely with project teams and internal departments (Customer Service, Technical Service, etc.) to ensure product use, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.


  • Manage collections and ensure customer payments are received within agreed terms to meet DSO targets.


  • Identify new business opportunities in the Protective Coatings sector and monitor market activities to increase Jotun’s market share.


  • Keep project mapping updated with new projects and support marketing initiatives to drive business growth

Qualifications We Look For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.


  • Marketing experience is a plus.


  • Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
