Antal is an international recruitment service company, we are hiring for our client: one multinational distributor of specialty chemicals develops and provides a large range of polymers, materials and additives for the rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries. The Group is present in EU, Africa, Asia and the United Sates.
Location: Cairo, Full time position
Our client is looking for a dynamic person who is customer orientated and takes pride on delivering a high level of customer service. (3-5 yr experiences minimum)
The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and work independently.
With a “can do” positive attitude who uses initiative to quickly, establish long-term relationships with their customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will be expected to understand the technical nature for the wide range of raw materials that find their application in the CASE / Coating industry and various other industrial segments in Cairo.
The overall objective of the role is to grow both the turnover and profitability of performance product portfolio/market as a priority.
This position reports to Local Sales Director in Egypt.
Mission – Keys responsibilities:
Evaluation, definition and positioning product portfolio according to market requirement.
Ensures the Sales & Commercial introduction to targeted marketplace - Searching for opportunities, maintaining and expanding contacts in the branch.
Quoting and negotiating with customers
Implement Pipeline for new projects.
Maintain operational contacts with a selected group of suppliers and communicate the ins and outs to the Sales Team.
Regular follow up of turnover/ margins according to budget and objectives
Participation to the promotion, marketing actions and communication (trade fairs, associations…)
Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within areas of responsibility.
Prevents and manages the conflicts of any nature with customers
Qualification et Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Chemical.
Sales - Commercial Experience of 3-5 years minimum in industrial Chemicals application, experience in CASE/Coating Industry segment is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
A self-starter with sales focus and result-oriented mindset.
Desire for domestic travel on a regular long-term basis- Up to 75% - Valid driving License
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
