About the job Sales Coordinator

NOK is currently hiring a "Sales Coordinator" for a reputable E-commerce company in the market.


Location: Arkan Plaza, First Al Sheikh Zayed.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with partners and merchant requirements.


2. Actively participate in sales activities whether inbound or outbound, responding to inquiries, providing information, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.


3. Utilize training resources to gain in-depth knowledge of our company's payments capabilities and effectively communicate these to prospective clients.


4. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer information


5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management team.


6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.


7. Online search for new leads on all channels.


8. Organize meetings for business teams with potential merchants.


9. Submit business tickets on our company's payments CRM and Systems


Qualifications and Skills:


1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.


2. Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the financial or technology sector.


3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.


4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.


6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


7. Proficiency in Excel Office suite.


8. Fluency in English.


9. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
