Principal Accountabilities:Leads the development of impactful in-store execution guidelines to drive success. (Picture of Success)Developing annual plans to achieve sales KPIs and brand objectives at channel and regional levels.Collaborating with regional teams to align selling strategies and adapt best practices to the Egyptian market.Develop channel portfolio and MSL at sub-channel and region levels in addition to analyzing the result to figure out opportunities and work on revised action plan on how to tackle these opportunities.Monitor and enforce in-store visibility guidelines within the retail environment consistently.Planning of new product launches and setting major KPIs and display guidelines for every channel.Participate in demand forecasting process by providing relevant channel data.Point of buying solution management / design4-6 years of valuable experience in sales and trade marketing roles.Minimum of 3 years in trade marketing within FMCG, with a traditional trade background. FMCG experience is mandatory.Excellent stakeholder Management skills.Strong Analytical Skills
