Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience.
Understand and communicate the brand’s aesthetic and story to clients.
Offer styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
Maintain a deep knowledge of current collections, product features, and availability.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the store’s presentation to reflect the brand image.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
