Job Summary
Our client, a well-established company in the
animal feed and agricultural sector, is seeking a
Senior Sales & Marketing Representative to develop and execute sales strategies, expand market share, and ensure smooth cash collection processes. The role requires
extensive experience in B2B sales, account management, and negotiation.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships. Present sales reports, forecasts, and market trends to senior management. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors. Organize meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and showcase product benefits. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals while handling objections professionally. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables efficiently. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting. Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Agriculture, Animal Sciences, Agribusiness, or a related field. Minimum
5 years of experience in
sales and marketing, preferably in the
feed additives or animal health sector. Proven track record in
cash collection and account management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills. High proficiency in
sales strategy development and
customer service. Excellent
communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel & Word. English language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Personal Attributes:
Male candidates preferred. Highly motivated with a
strategic mindset and a
results-driven approach. Strong
time management and
analytical thinking skills.
