2-5 years of relevant experience
Strong office administration background
Fluent in English
Proficient in CRM and performance systems
Negotiation Skills.
Communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Recording, updating, and following up CRM Database.
Suggests / Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data.
Coordinating with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
Identifying potential new business leads and Growth Opportunities through researching various sources of information / external database
Special Focus on the business development database and main market channels of the Business of the company.
Ensuring Report processes are running smoothly.
Extracting data from the CRM system to support efficiently the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.
Tracking research data via effective project reporting and recording project progress within the CRM system
CRM data reporting as per companies’ additional requirements.
Maintaining excellent business relationships with clients
