Build and maintain
strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries,
ensuring they receive exceptional service and value.Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, including their
industry trends, challenges, and goals.Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize account revenue and
deepen client relationships.Conduct business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, assess
satisfaction levels, and discuss potential new business.Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.Measure client satisfaction regularly and take proactive steps to improve
service where necessary.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in
business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Key Account Manager, or client
management role, ideally within the Fin-tech sectorHardware or Software sales experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong sales skills, with the ability to develop strategies that raise revenue
