Learn more: jti.comRRP Finance ManagerIn the role of RRP Finance Manager, you will deliver all finance requirements for RRP business in market, and ensure all financial plans are complete, robust and submitted on time. You will also ensure that monthly actuals are correctly recognized and variances to plan are analyzed and understood and that the Management receives quality and timely reporting on financial performance.
You will act as finance business partner and commerical support for RRP, supporting all RRP stakeholders with projects and ad-hoc requests.
Position: As the RRP Finance Manager, in the Finance department, you will:
- Own and lead the financial planning and submission process for RRP. Work with the RRP lead, RRP team and Finance Director to review and scenario test the plans, actively looking for weaknesses to mitigate and opportunities to exploit
- Develop the processes for analysing RRP financial performance each month. Ensure that all stakeholders are supporting the variance analysis with quality insights on a timely basis. Offer qualty commerical insights on performance to enhance decision making
- Ensure all regional and HQ submissions are made on time. Ensure the RRP lead and FD are briefed on any key issues prior to submission. Complete all monthly reporting as required by management with full and concise analysis of variance drivers and brief the RRP lead and FD and other stakeholders as needed. Continually look for reporting improvements (process or content) to enhance either the timeliness or relevance of the analysis
- Act as finance business partner for RRP. Bridge the gap between performance management and commercial requirements and ensure RRP team have all financial information needed to make high quality decisions
Requirements: - Graduated in any finance related subject or MBA, accounting or financial modelling/mathematics qualifications highly desired
- At least 5 years experience in Egypt in financial planning and analysis combined with international and group reporting experience. Proven communication and self starter skills. Exposure to FMCG or RRP environment highly desired
- English fluency, Arabic fluency
- Advanced Excel skills, proficient in other MS applications
- Exposure to planning systems, Thinkcell, SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
