Establish useful life of PS&D, Switches, Power Rail equipment, and a replacement program for assets through analyzing the maintenance management information system. Conduct trend analysis to determine performance requirements improvements of assets. Provide updated maintenance practices and strategies. Manage the configuration management information for the assets. Determine the most cost-effective strategy that has minimal negative impact on safety and quality. Provide inputs for the maintenance budget. Study and follow design documents, manuals, and drawings. Compile and implement instructions, specifications and standards relating to safety aspects, technical clarification, implementation of new technology, work methods, commissioning and testing. Anticipate technological requirements and propose the use of new technologies and ensure alignment to best practices. Raise change request and liaise and consult with various stakeholders and design authorities for approval At least 7 years’ relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance environment.
