Managing all network Transmission & Radio upgrade Projects, Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
Develop plans and ensure that all Radio & Transmission upgrade activities are being done according to Vodafone standards, policies and procedures and meeting their streams set targets.
Manage all Radio & Transmission Enhancements activities across the region.
Manage vendors' installation teams to install, commission and test RF & TX upgrades according to VF specifications and standards.
Enforce the absolute Health and Safety rules across implementation team members, contractors and vendors.
Take strategic decisions on team head count and structure, managing the relationships with different stakeholders to ensure that upgrades activities performed achieve superior customers experience and leadership in NPS, benchmarking campaigns & NTRA.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
MBA or PMP is preferred.
Team management skills
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in managing telecom projects with proven experience in mobile network rollouts, upgrades, or infrastructure projects.
