Your Impact
Stewards Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner
Implement campaigns with customers and distribute promotional materials as per marketing plan and customer needs
Organize group meetings in major hospitals
Propose new ideas related to campaigns, promotional material to the pod and are responsible for the implementation after approval
Gathering Data & Insights from the market that would help the pod to make decisions
Focus on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. Also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the ecosystem
Identify important customers and keep customer Personas up-to-date
Continuously revise and update the customer list and number of patients in cooperation with the pod
Positively participate in Internal meetings to review and discuss: achievements, Opportunities/challenges, Competitors activities
Report Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines
Ensure great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.
Who you are
You possess around 2 to 3 years of pharmaceutical experience with good expertise in commercialization, medical strategy, and customer experience excellence, and are adept at leveraging digital tools
You demonstrate a strong personal purpose to improve the patient journey, showing passion for creating value and impact on the healthcare ecosystem
You embody a visionary approach, integrating strategies to enhance patient journeys
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying and pursuing innovative opportunities
You have a growth mindset, continuously learning and adapting, willing to take risks, experiment, and share insights both within and outside the organization
You display integrity in all actions, being open, honest, ethical, and genuine
You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, adept at partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and organizations, with experience working with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) being a strong asset
You are fluent in the local language and proficient in English for internal collaboration, holding a scientific degree and understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
