Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist
What will you do?
participate in showroom hospitality actively to ensure customer satisfaction, and collecting information on potential customers.
Answer and provide customers with all required info/details about the products related to prices, options, colors, specification and delivery Leadtime enquires.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the pre-aligned time frame.
Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Close deals and handle difficult customers as and when needed.
Use strong product knowledge and familiarity with the company’s marketing department promotion policies to do what it takes to get the deal done.
What will you need?
Minimum 1-3 years related experience in sales operations
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
