• Provide performance reports for the technology top management based on interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
• Responsible for the benchmarking and performance evaluation exercises for the technology center.
• Working on define metrics, measurements and KPIs for tech services.
• Presenting trends and dashboards in order to provide the business support to the technology management.
• Transforming and analyzing business procedures and recommend the most appropriate for improvement.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Well knowledgable of Business analytics key concepts.
• Strong knowledge of the process improvement methodologies and techniques.
• Solution evaluation and Strong analytical skills.
• Very Good knowledge of service management and governance key concepts.
• 3-5 years of experience of working on enterprise reporting or business analytics programs.
• Excellent experience in data analytical tools [ Excel , PowerBI , … ].
• Very Good knowledge of financial concepts.
• ITIL Certificate. ( optional)
