Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)? Do you thrive in dynamic, multinational environments? A leading global healthcare company is searching for a Regional Financial Controller for their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial management and strategic planning for operations across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the month-end closing process, prepare financial statements, and present variance analysis to senior management.
Budgeting & Performance Monitoring: Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, providing regular financial performance analysis and actionable insights.
Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards while implementing efficient financial controls and reporting systems.
Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; 6-8 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A.
Industry Expertise: Experience in a multinational organization, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; MBA is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
