We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader with solid experience in Recruitment and Leadership to handle our recruitment efforts and lead a team of recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
Maintain communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and recruitment effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Work closely with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Recruitment, at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
Experience in Fin-tech, software, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
