● Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
● Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles.
● Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department
● Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
● Prepare and administer contracts, work orders, and other documentation related to contractor engagements.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
● Organizing and attending employment fairs in the regions, as the most important channels to attract blue-collar candidates.
