Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.



Job Description

You will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional individuals who will contribute to our company's success. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct & Schedule initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings that attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
