To plan and design the needed in-door and out-door coverage for the radio access network infrastructure to optimally support the capacity requirements for the network traffic and performance in-addition to radio acceptance services through managing cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience in terms of voice & Data services.
Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering
Work Experience: from 0 to 1 Years of Radio Experience.
PC Knowledge: MS Office Package, and Internet Package
Good communication skills & Good presentation skills.
Automation and programming background are a big plus.
Get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of radio planning and testing activities.
Support in delivering the demand received from different customers.
Support all Radio Audits and resilience plan.
Support Radio acceptance activities.
Support Radio new features plan and implementation till activation and rollout phase.
Full awareness of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies
Basic knowledge of radio planning aspects for different mobile technologies
Data analytical skills using Excel
Radio Planning Tools experience (Atoll, MapInfo) is a plus
Creative thinking & Problem-solving capability, Teamwork spirit, Communications skills to interact with other parties internally/externally.
Self-development attitude
Good command of English language is expected.
