About the Role:
We are seeking an R&D Manager in Flour Industry to lead product innovation, process improvement, and quality enhancement in flour production. This role will focus on developing new flour blends, improving product consistency, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while driving cost optimization and sustainability initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flour formulation, grain science, and food technology, with expertise in R&D methodologies and technical problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:

🔹 Technical Skills: expertise in flour formulation, milling process optimization, and functional ingredient applications.
🔹 Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards, lab testing, and global regulatory requirements.
🔹 Technology & Tools: Experience with SAP ERP, laboratory testing equipment, and digital R&D tools.
🔹 Leadership: Proven ability to lead R&D teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
