Recruit, develop, and support R&D team members in partnership with leadership.
Oversee the transfer of new technologies, products, and methods across departments.
Manage complex research projects, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure research projects meet deadlines and budgets while establishing robust testing procedures for final products.
Represent the company at industry conferences and manage customer relationships through product testing and reviews.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferably 8 years of experience in research and development or management consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in market analysis and research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
