Quality Manager in Project @Siemens Mobility Egypt

Today, we are recruiting for a Quality Manager in Project to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Establish and monitor quality plan e.g., acc. ISO 10005 / 10006, defines quality targets based on project critical factors and defines methods/tools based on HQ standards.
• Report quality status, quality incidents, and root-cause-analysis to the Project Manager Company Head of Quality, and other defined parties.
• Plan and ensure the required quality level of the project-specific supply chain (internal and external), focusing on specifications and interface definitions.
• Plan and conduct project audits, assessments, reviews and participate in status meetings.
• Ensure implementation of (improvement) measures and manage the NCC with its associated root cause analysis process.
• Manage and administrate project quality gates and milestones.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project quality management within a global environment.
• Experience in core quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, Root cause analysis tools, Lean and Process audits
• Technical knowledge in rail signaling and electrification solutions.
• ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certified
• ASQ quality certificates are a plus.
• Previous experience in maintenance projects is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
