We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to oversee our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet both internal and external quality standards, enhance operational efficiency, and lead a team of quality control inspectors.Job Description
Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct product tests and analyses, including sensory, microbiological, and chemical tests, to verify compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements.
Identify areas of improvement in production processes and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues.
Meet industry regulations and standards, including food safety and quality certifications.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
Job Requirements:
Proven 2-3 years of experience in working in the same position.
Familiar with F&B Industry especially in Powder or Sauces industries.
Max. age 30
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or a same filed.
Preferred Location in 10th of Ramadan.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes specific to powder processing and sauces.
Fluent in English, Arabic and in both verbal and writing.
Ability to interpret quality data and metrics for informed decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Work condition
Working hours: from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM ( 1 Hour Break )
