With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families.JOB PURPOSE*:T his position is responsible to execute daily the approved method of analysis for Raw and Auxiliary Materials & supervise the sampling processes as well as Nitrogen Analysis & analysis of primary packaging materials.Key Responsibilities:1- Performing chemical analysis for Raw , Auxiliary and Primary Packaging materials with full compliance to GMP.2-Coordinate with supply chain and production regarding material release demand. 3- Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric Solutions and Reagents . 4- Release of materials and other transactions on SAP Athena . 5- Certification and Reduced Testing for present and new ICH and Non-ICH materials.6- Sampling of raw materials and packaging , and ensures that sampling are conducting in full compliance with GLP and according to the instructions as per instructions. 7- GAP analysis and feasibility study for Raw Materials and new Products added to Portfolio and determining of analysis requirements.8-Analysis of new supplier's samples.9- Inform section head for any OOS , help in investigation, root causes and suggesting CAPA. 10- Control of Raw and Auxiliary materials unit documentation including SOPs, specifications and Method of Analysis . 11- Control and Issuance of Deviations and Change control and CAPA implementation through computerized quality systems. 12- HSE & Energy Contribution: Ensures HSE approval on any SOP that requires certain HSE precautions. Ensures HSE approval on any change. Follow the laboratory safety procedures Commitment to the appropriate PPE use. Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements. Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental law. Hydrocarbons/ hazardous substance & waste segregation in accordance with approved waste management system.Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or ScienceRelated Experience: 6 Months - 2 years' experience in related positions, preferably in multinational company.Special Knowledge/Skills: Command of English Language Good computer skills Familiar with new instrumental analysis techniques Familiar with SAP Athena is an advantagePlay To Win Behaviors: Stretch to go beyond the level we have operated at up until now Take actions instead of waiting to be told what to do Act in the interest of our patients and customers Put the interests of the organization ahead of my own or those of our teamPursue Progress.
