Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Control Engineer (Agriculture).
What will you do:
Conduct inspections, tests, and analysis on crops, soil, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize agricultural production processes, from cultivation to harvesting, to improve product quality.
Ensure all agricultural operations comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and maintain necessary documentation for audits and certifications.
Train farm workers and production staff on quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials from suppliers, addressing any discrepancies to maintain consistent product quality.
Identify quality-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize risks and ensure optimal product standards.
