  • Analyze & Report the Operational performance concerning the applied changes by technical teams to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery to the customers.
  • Evaluate the services performance concerning the Quality of Service offered through all channels.
  • Provide clear insight into performance drivers which impact performance.
  • Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience & feedback.
  • Hold meetings with managerial and non-managerial level teams to find common ground and sustain system stability.
  • Design with team managers the quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances.
  • Compile and track performance for teams and individual levels. Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires.
  • Create and develop training materials to train team members delivering the best customer experience.
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar field [E-payment field is preferred].
  • Working knowledge of QA tools, methods, and concepts.
  • High flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Certifications in Data Analysis, Power BI, or Quality Assurance are a plus.
