Role Description:


The Quality Assurance Coordinatorplays a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness through the development, implementation, and management of quality standards and procedures. This position ensures that all operational processes align with our organizational goals, maintaining a high standard of quality across various functions and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement.


Main Areas of Responsibility


Quality Standards Development and Oversight


·        Develop and continually update quality measurements and standards for all Operational processes.


·        Implement and monitor ISO 27000 standards, ensuring full compliance across all relevant functions.


·        Track and ensure that all quality standards are fully implemented and adhered to in all designated activities.


Audit and Compliance


·        Conduct regular and random audits to verify the presence and effectiveness of established processes & identifying areas for improvement.


·        Perform Quality Control and Assurance checks, addressing and rectifying any deviations with prompt and appropriate corrective actions.


·        Assist departments by providing detailed analyses of quality findings, identifying root causes, and recommending comprehensive action plans with specific timelines.


Documentation and Reporting


·        Develop detailed documentation outlining the company’s quality standards and operational procedures.


·        Maintain records of audit results and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and accountability within organizational processes.


Stakeholder Collaboration and Support


·        Work closely with various departments to facilitate understanding and implementation of quality standards.


·        Provide support and guidance on quality improvement initiatives and compliance issues to enhance and boost overall operational effectiveness.
