Ensure that the project activities are undertaken with implementation of the client, vendor and company quality control system requirements and advises the Project Management Team in case of any violation Assure that all complaints are recorded properly and are closed out upon resolution with the customer Interact with customers and clients to know about the quality of the company and their satisfaction from the company services Handle customer complaints and monitor their improvement through Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Procedure Control All Company Calibration for measuring, testing and surveying equipment Manage and control all site Quality reports, in a periodically basics daily, weekly, monthly Collect and analysis NCR’s, IR’s, TR’s, NTS’s, NTP’s, Technical documents status and approval Establish and maintain quality management system documentation according to ISO 9001 requirements. Support and coordinate in any additional new certificates required by company due to market needs. Preparing internal audit plan. Achieve internal audits according to internal audit plan. Follow up corrective and preventive actions results from the internal audit. Follow up and monitor results. Support process owner during preparing their own procedures and coordinate with other concerned parties. Review and approve any new quality document to ensure its compliance with the QMS and overall procedures workflow. Able to audit sites if required and support QC and site team in the implementation of QMS. Prepare monthly report for Quality Manager showing the overall QA audit results and related topics with hot issues. Follow up and monitor Customer complaints as well as customer satisfaction survey. Update quality management documents linked with company processes to ensure strong interaction between company processes. Prepare data for management review meeting and follow up actions plan resulted from it. Prepare for external audit and communicate with certification body for all issues related to the certificate (ex. contract, changing scope, preparing for surveillance and renewal, training, etc.). Follow up and coordinate for Corporate/External Partner/Customer audits on the company.
