Role Purpose:
• Work in Agile and Technology projects
• Work in agile environment with different development teams to decide the QA coverage to be automated.
• Calculate ROI for automation tasks and deliver expected impact to stakeholders.
• Prepare, develop, maintain, and audit automation plans for tribes/projects.
• Design test automation strategy, planning, scope, tools, timelines, CI/CD, and reporting
• Maintain process for automation pipeline creation and health checks.
• Code review for team members’ automation tasks
• Maintain the code best practices and guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to improve and enhance automation work.
• Keep eye on regular updates for tools and frameworks used in automation and apply it when needed.
• Capture lessons learnt and best practice to improve test maintenance process.
• Sharing knowledge across the team for automation topics and hands on.
• Lead team of technical leads/Seniors and juniors in automation tracks
• Have a high-level vision for the whole testing team.
• Define training needed for team members related to the automation plan applied.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Manage an QA team form Defining the scope till delivery.
• High knowledge in both Web and mobile automation
• High knowledge in API automation
• High knowledge in BDD practices
• Good knowledge in CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Track and analyze regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases.
• Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
• 9+ years of relevant QA experience Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
• 4 years of leading QA Team.
• Have basic understanding and hands on experience with performance, usability testing,
• Preferred to have knowledge about SAFe.
• Preferred to have knowledge about DB Automation
