As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer who will take ownership of our end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy. You will be responsible for:
Building a scalable automation framework using Playwright (or similar tool) for our web and mobile applications.
Leading and mentoring our QA team to transition from manual to automated testing.
Defining and implementing test plans for mission-critical financial workflows.
Integrating automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline.
Improving test coverage while maintaining a balance between manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an E2E test automation framework using Playwright (or similar tool).
Lead the automation strategy for both our web and mobile applications.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and ensure high test coverage.
Maintain and optimize the test suite to run efficiently in CI/CD.
Establish best practices and coach the QA team on test automation.
Monitor test results, debug failures, and continuously improve test reliability.
Ensure compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA automation with at least 2 years leading test automation initiatives.
Strong experience with Playwright (or similar tools like Cypress, Selenium).
Experience testing both web and mobile applications (React & React Native preferred).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
