Manage site resources ensuring that the contractor provides adequate staffing and manpower to complete the project on scheduled time.
Monitor consultant`s performance to ensure procedures are followed for site inspection, expediting review, approval of shop drawings and other technical submittals.
Manage scope of work by identifying changed conditions or work outside the scope and manage the close out stage to ensure handling primary snag list with consultant.
Ensure achieving the handing over target on scheduled time per quarter and the project completion as per the scheduled./target dates.
Ensure achieving safety and quality requirements in construction works.
Provide an accepted level of progress reporting and monitoring.
