Accountable for delivering class C projects as defined by IT PMO process (it is worth mentioning that the total number of class B and C projects exceed 70% of the total number of projects committed by IT for the whole group annually)
Ensure detailed project, implementations or action plan are created for the duration of each project as appropriate,
Ensure that projects have requirements documented
Ensure that the appropriate level of testing is in place for all projects.
