الوصف الوظيفي

  • Understand Brief Sheets sent by the Client Service and translate client’s request on the platform.
  • Set up clients’ profiles on the Company portal, BODHI, and give them access on Insight.
  • Review all the existing clients’ profiles to ensure all the available information are relevant and optimized for the client access, as per the client requirements.
  • Create tags for global projects that need set up in multiple languages.
  • Edit profiles based on feedback given from the Monitoring and Analysis teams, for more efficiency and effectiveness in their deliverables.
  • Conduct extensive research on the client, and obtain different variations of keywords in order to capture all relevant articles.
  • Understand Boolean queries and the logic behind setting up a query.
  • Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
