● Manage low level complexity projects, assist with medium complexity projects if needed
● Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
● Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
● Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer requirements
● Handle a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
