Project Manager based in Egypt. In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with company goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project execution, mitigate risks, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions. Project Timeliness: Measure the adherence to project timelines and milestones for out-licensing, in-licensing, contract manufacturing, and contract development manufacturing projects.
Budget Adherence: Track actual project costs against budgeted expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Risk Management Effectiveness: Evaluate the identification, mitigation, and resolution of project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Utilization: Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency in project execution.
Change Management: Track the handling of changes in project scope, schedule, and resources to minimize disruptions and delays.
Post-Project Evaluation: Assess the success of completed projects based on objectives met, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
