Project Manager "Engineering"

About our client: SteelCon specializes in crafting lightweight steel structures, supplied by Alex Form. The company’s expertise lies in the customization of light steel structures, utilizing the latest technologies to create frames that are both lightweight and robust, as well as environmentally friendly.

Expected Job Role:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, set objectives, and ensure successful execution from initiation to closure.
• Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of project management experience in the steel industry, with a focus on on-site operations.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Working conditions

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Days Off: Friday and Saturday
