NTS is looking for a Project Manager to oversee ERP and software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Execution & Monitoring: Define project milestones, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the COO, clients, internal teams, and vendors.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement: Ensure requirements are met and maintain strong client relationships.
Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality ERP solutions that align with project goals.
ERP Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience, specifically with Odoo applications.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred; Odoo ERP certification is a plus.
Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or similar frameworks.
Technical & Leadership Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
