Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within the budget & according to the specifications/ clients requirements.- Review, approve, control project budget & Ensuring that the project and the scope implemented within the approved budget.
- Build, track, update project schedule, assign resources, and control them using different scheduling tools.
- Report project to the high management, top management, head of projects, client, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible on all project aspects (Scope, timelines, budget, quality, ...etc).
- Follow Giza systems process.
- Manage different vendors/ subcontractors and ensure integration between each of them to ensure the project progress to be done smoothly.
- Establishes project objectives by analyzing project proposal, collaborating with management.
- Aware of all financial objectives related to project manager responsibility and have the good knowledge to prepare the needed forecasting for both revenue, cost, and cash flow. Be responsible of achieving the project strategic and financial objectives and prepare the needed analysis to identify any gap and work accordingly to put and implement the needed corrective action.
- Ensures project performance by establishing standards; testing requirements.- Manage project scope, control any changes if happened and be responsible to save the organization rights.
- Responsible of maintaining customer satisfaction along the project lifecycle.
- Reviews project status reports that the projects engineer prepared.- Maintains Safe environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations and follow up all HSE Instructions.- Ensures that the project database is always updated.- Maintains Deliverance & company reputation by complying with legal regulations and delivering the work with integrity in time and according to the required specifications.- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related joint results and supporting other members of the team when needed- Maintains Professional & Technical Knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.- Organizes project staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training staff members; assigning responsibilities; approving sub-contractors.- Maintains the human capital performance by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
