Job Summary
Project Manager should be responsible for coordinating the development, execution, and delivery of content
( podcast or shows) and advertising campaigns across various media platforms. Their role requires a mix of strategic planning, creative collaboration, and client communication to meet campaign objectives within deadlines and budget.
Main Responsibilities
Campaign Planning
- Handling work with creative directors, and clients to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and key deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Align all teams on the campaign strategy, ensuring everyone understands the objectives and deadlines.
- Assemble the right team for each campaign, including copywriters, designers, media buyers, and digital specialists.
- Assign tasks based on team members’ skills and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with freelancers, contractors, and external vendors when necessary.
- Work hand in hand with post production and creative team to ensure material delivered to the client in the best shape and delivering on client objectives
- Create and enforce schedules to ensure each phase of the campaign is delivered on time.
- Track progress and update timelines as needed, communicating any changes to all stakeholders.
- Track expenses throughout the campaign lifecycle to stay within budget.
Client Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and creators throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress, deliverables, and any changes.
- Gather and incorporate client or creators feedback at each stage, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Team Collaboration and Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration between creative, digital, media, and strategy teams.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Ensure all team members are aligned on the project objectives and understand their roles.
Quality Control and Review
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet agency standards and client expectations.
- Conduct quality checks on creative materials, media placements, and campaign assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and that the final output aligns with campaign objectives.
Problem-Solving and Risk Management
- Anticipate and manage potential risks, such as delays, scope changes, or budget overages.
- Quickly resolve issues that arise during the campaign, ensuring minimal impact on deadlines and budgets.
- Adjust plans as needed to keep the project moving forward.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track campaign metrics, such as performance, engagement, social media reports.
- Prepare post-campaign reports for clients, summarizing results, insights, and lessons learned.
- Share insights with the agency team to improve future projects and processes.
Work Arrangement
- Working Hours: 8 hours
- Work Type : Hybrid Model
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
Ideal Profile
Education Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience +4 years of hands-on experience in distribution music and entertainment content.
