Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project.
Follow-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project, follow-up on order logistics and ensure all paperwork is correct for whole importation process
- Projects Engineer will be responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards, assist project manager, assigned for many projects.
- Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at DIGITAL ENERGY LOB and manages the problems that arise.
- Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Program Manager.
- Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Program Manager.
- Make sure that procedures followed and to determine if specified steps were taken to produce documentation as required.
- Discuss technical upgrades to existing clients to push for future sales.
- Ensure that the importation process is smooth through close communication between all involved parties to ensure all paperwork is provided and correct before shipping.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to achieve their targets with his internal systems and technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with Service Teams (Engineers and Technicians).
