The Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards.
Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager.
Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise.
Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.
Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager.
Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.
