· Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring alignment · Oversee the preparation of shop drawings, project reports, RFIs, and as-built documentation.· Monitor all request for information (RFI) raised from contractors that might arise from design conflict and liaise with the pertinent supervision or designer office for resolution· Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.· Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to achieve objectives within budget and timelines.· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on project-related matters.· Review and approve technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. · Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality standards.· Provide technical guidance to site teams, resolving complex issues efficiently.· Ensure all site activities are aligned with project plans and safety protocols.· Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.· Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.· Manage and mentor junior project coordinators and site engineers.· Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.· Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
