Company: Reptile Solutions Location: Beverly Hills, El Sheikh Zayed Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various civil and architectural projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple disciplines.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review architectural and civil design plans for accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained, including contracts, change orders, and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
Support the project manager and leadership team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination, with a focus on civil engineering and architecture projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and project management software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience with contract negotiation and project budgeting.
