  • Develop and maintain a clear project plan with deadlines to ensure timely completion and to guide the team throughout the project.
  • Organize and allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and effective project execution, fostering teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Track project progress regularly, identify potential problems early, and implement solutions to keep the project on track and within scope. 
  • Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes, to ensure their expectations are met and support is maintained. 
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans to minimize the impact on the project. 
  • Keep accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and correspondence for future reference and audits.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management.
  • BSc in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • PMP certification is a plus
