Project Control Engineer

GAF Design Studio is looking for a "Project Control Engineer" to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systems to track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide detailed analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams to create and adjust budgets, integrating scope changes as needed.
- Prepare and update cost forecasts and financial reports, reflecting actual costs and risks.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with budget and cost data.
- Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track performance against benchmarks.
- Work closely with project teams to meet financial objectives and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience
- Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on accuracy and detail. Capable of analyzing complex data and generating insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to develop innovative financial solutions.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
