Program Specialist II
The Program Specialist II (Building Management Systems (BMS) and light current systems) is responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of project interfaces between various teams, departments, and external stakeholders for mega construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe working environment on site for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and visitors. Lead the achievement of company safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences Act as the primary point of contact for all technical interface matters related to BMS and light current systems, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners. This role ensures seamless integration and communication across all technical functions, facilitating the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Developing trust and managing the relationship with customers and ensuring a shared understanding of key issues between all parties is maintained, maintain customer relationships at the appropriate project management level Manage and coordinate technical interfaces across multiple disciplines and project phases, specifically focusing on Network /cyber security and ELV systems. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements specifically focusing on Network /cyber security and ELV systems. Monitor and track interface-related activities and issues, providing regular updates to project stakeholders. Facilitate technical discussions, reviews, and approvals to resolve interface issues. Work closely with engineering teams to verify and validate technical interface designs and solutions for specifically focusing on Network /cyber security and ELV systems. Follow up and track all Retention and Defects Liability Period punch-lists/snags to ensure close out of work packages and release of retention monies.
You must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years total experience in project management, technical coordination and MEP mega projects PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly recommended. Fluency in English is required. . Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and other relevant applications. Demonstrated experience in safety and safety management on large commercial and infrastructure projects Demonstrated project experience involving the integration of multiple technologies preferably in technology systems for applications such as correctional facilities, building management technology, information technology or network solutions Capacity to deliver against multiple and competing objectives. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Demonstrable customer relation skills Excellent computer, written and oral communication and negotiation skills. Able to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment The ability to work under pressure.
