Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the project. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Program Management Strategy, Vision, Mission and Execution Strategy
- Alignment and early Engagement with Product Planning Managers/ Portfolio planning head on Future programs High level timelines and Estimated SORP for CKD, SUP in each Country of sale
- Work Closely with Portfolio planning teams at early stage to ensure CKD or SUP Programs study to make sure alignment on Realistic Executable Timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates.
- Lead CKD, SUP and Export programs Execution Activities along with other cross functional leaders to ensure smooth flawless launch.
- Identifies the roles of project team members, project reporting requirements, organizational structures, frequency of interaction, and training requirements needed for team members. tracks and reports project completion status and training.
- Responsible for Program Execution Strategy development and high level alignment along with Business unit Leaders
- Cascade Programs Execution Strategy to all CKD, SUP and Export program managers for full alignment and flawless coordinated activities
- Align cross-functional business and technical teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities.
- Serve as the organization’s thought leader and subject-matter-expert on PMO planning and project execution effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in core planning and PMO processes and tools.
- Defines programs strategy, balancing requirements cross functionally.
- Provides guidance to team on project plan development, issue and risk identification and mitigation resolution.
- Resolves escalated issues and roadblocks of a technical or organizational nature.
- Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related risks and issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that arise during the implementation. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s) and project sponsor/owner.
- Develop Direct reports skills and develop skilled layers and ensure functional sustainability

Knowlege and Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in same role.
Qualification:
Program/Project management Skills or Experience is a must
Strong Leadership skills
People Leader Experience
Strong level knowledge / experience in GVDP/GPDP and product launches
High level of independent judgment and analytical ability to solve unique problems
