• Facilitate coordination between Cairo and Korea for APAC digital media projects, ensuring smooth daily handoffs. 
  • Manage order entries based on client requests and ensure timely final deliveries. 
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing project updates to all stakeholders. 
  • Assist with capacity planning and overall project coordination. 
  • Create and maintain project schedules and workflow documentation. 
  • Track and document client and internal rejections. 
  • Collaborate with Production and Project Managers to resolve blockers and ensure seamless workflow for both internal and external teams.
